If you’ve got an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or iPod touch that hasn’t been updated recently, it’s probably a problem with your computer.
The problem might be that your computer has a newer version of macOS installed, but it’s still running the latest software.
If your computer can’t access its Mac or Mac OS X software, you might need to update the computer to the latest version of the OS to fix the problem.
If you’re on Windows or MacOS X 10.10.3 or higher, you can update your computer with the Mac App Store.
